The user can pay the price of the ordered goods by using one of the options listed below. On the site aboutyourhair.eu it is possible to pay by cash on delivery, payment by card (when receiving the parcel from the courier or on the spot from the office and payment with a virtual terminal).
1. Payment by cash on delivery: upon receipt of the goods, you pay the amount due to the courier. Here you have two options:
- cash payment of the cash on delivery amount to the courier
- payment by bank card - you can pay the cash on delivery amount with your credit/debit card directly to the courier - each courier has a mobile terminal through which bank card payments are made.
If the User chooses the courier delivery and cash on delivery option, he must pay the price of the ordered items together with the courier delivery fee upon receipt of the goods.
2. Payment by card (virtual terminal): extremely convenient way of payment. After finalizing the order, you will be transferred to the bank's secure payment platform, where you should enter the necessary data. If the transaction is authorized, payment will go through immediately and we will ship the item the next business day. We maintain the security system. Our employees do not have access to your card data, only the bank has all the information.
3. The transaction currency when paying with a payment card is Bulgarian Lev (BGN).
4. Additional Fees. If the User selects a payment method involving a third party payment service provider, the User may be bound by the terms and conditions and/or fees of such third party.
5. Liability. aboutyourhair.eu is not responsible if a payment method involving a third-party payment service provider is unavailable or otherwise malfunctions for reasons beyond the fault of aboutyourhair.eu
